In your Appshare account, specific user IDs can be assigned as the local Appshare Administrator. When you connect to Appshare using one of these specific user IDs, you will have access to administrator functions.

To access the local administrator screen in Appshare, select the Administration link in the lower-left corner of the main Appshare screen. Appshare will then open the Administration application.

All Administration tasks are accessible from this main screen:

1. Maintain your Organizations settings;

   Organization Details

2. Maintain the list of Environment- or System Administrators

   Manage Admins

3. Maintain your Billing settings;

   Billing

4. Maintain your Local- or Cloud node settings;

   Account Settings

   Node Profile

   Single Sign On

5. Access the activity monitor.

In the environments section:

Manage Environments

1. Add environments using the Plus Sign;

2. Select the Environment to review the enabled modules;

3. Enable / Disable modules using the icon in the first column;

4. Maintain the module parameters by selecting a module.
