TL Email settings

The Email TAB contains the settings that are required to sent emails informing users of their reset password in JDEdwards.

SMTP Server

Enter the fully qualified hostname or IP address of the SMTP server to sent the password reset emails.

SMTP Server Port

Enter the IP portnumber of the above SMTP server.

SMTP Transport

Use the dropdown to enter the SMTP transport protocol to use, either SMTP or SMTPS.

SMTP Sender

Enter the user id of the user to access the SMTP srerver to create the password reset emails.

SMTP Password

Enter the password of the above user ID.

Email subject

Enter the subject line for the password reset emails to be created and sent.
