Upgrading from previous TLX10 release

When upgrading to a newer X10 release, simply install X10. All your settings and your cross reference records will persist.

When you installed a TL server previously, you need to:

Download your cross reference from the existing version of TL;
Then install the new version of TL following this guide;
Recreate the instances in the new TL using the information in the old TL. As the architecture changed completely, this process cannot be automated;
Import your cross reference file into the new version of TL (the format of this table has not changed).
