The document repository enables the storage and retrieval of documents within JDE tables, with integrated support for file-based Media Objects.

Repository database storage can be exported to and imported from the file system. Repository documents can be synchronized to a file share. A bulk download option is also available..

Notes

The content in the subfolder manual-UDO-upload-support is an additional delivery. Include this content in the web OMW project import of Q46DR51_UDO.zip. It is delivered only to support manual upload in case of UDO import issues.

If this is a new install of Q46DR:

Create new client OMW project (P98220). Use project name Q46DRxx.

Create new web OMW project (P98220W). Use project name Q46DRxx_UDO.

If this is an update of a Q46DR installation:

• Check out all Q46DR objects to a new client OMW project (P87220). Also add all Q46DR* data dictionary items to this project. Use project name Q46DR51.
• See Q46DR51 object listing below, and move all Q46DR objects in your project that are not listed below to product code 88 (cautious purge).
• Check out all Q46DR UDO objects to a new web OMW project (P87220W). Use project name Q46DR51_UDO.
• See Q46DR51_UDO object listing below, and move all Q46DR objects in your project that are not listed below to product code 88 (cautious purge).

Imports:

Import PRJ_Q46DR51_60_99.par to new created client OMW project using development client P98220.

Import Q46DR51_UDO.zip to new created web OMW project using web P98220W.

Generate tables:

• FQ46DR00 (only if this is a new install)
• FQ46DR01
• FQ46DR02
• FQ46DR03

After deployment, make sure to run PQ46DR00 to initialize the default Parameters configuration.
