This document provides installation instructions for deploying eInvoicing Automation Outbound. The steps vary depending on whether you are performing a clean installation or an upgrade. Follow the chapter that matches your procedure.

Prerequisites

Make sure there are no eInvoicing, Steltix Reusables, or Document Repository projects in transit. To verify, check your OMW for the following object prefixes:

• Q4600
• Q46DR
• Q46EI

None of the above related objects should be in transit. If any are, complete the promotion process and/or make the OMW project obsolete before proceeding.

Assumptions

This chapter outlines the main assumptions and conditions that may affect the installation procedure.

• There are no changes to the Sales Order Invoice Program (R03B505). If there are any, they must be shared with the project team for risk analysis.
• There are no changes to the Sales Order Invoice Program (R42565). If there are any, they must be shared with the project team for risk analysis.
• A full package in DV, PY, and PD has been completed no more than one month before this deployment takes place.
• There are no ongoing projects that will interfere with the proposed project plan.
• BI Publisher is currently used to generate all outbound invoices. If it is not, this must be shared with the project team.
