Allow working cross Orchestration originators

Enable Groovy instead of JRuby for the Orchestration processing

(1) = Enable Groovy

(any other value) = Use JRuby

We run JRuby code inside a "Groovy shell" to enable concurrent processing. This may become problematic in case of "high concurrency". In that case: turn off Appshare parameter ENABLE_GROOVY. This will cause processing to run single threaded across user sessions. Oracle reports issues when the JRuby engine runs high concurrently and creating an engine pool for JRuby does not solve these issues.

We choose category ‘DZ’, but this can be anything that makes sense for you.
