Different types of vouchers often require a different type of approval flows.
We are using the native JDEdwards workflow solution. This ensures a rules-based approval routing utilizing Distribution Lists functionality. Thresholds values are available to ensure formal Levels of Authority are adhered.
Approval Delegation to cover for the holiday periods and Escalation features are available.
Each voucher type will have it’s own Distribution List type ensuring maximum flexibility in routing voucher approvals throughout the organization.
