Multiple forms allow you to drop more than one template at the same time. Sample: Add Items could contain multiple item master / item branch templates.
Multiple forms could be find within the template tab. They are pre-set. If you require different multiple-forms send a message to support with the name and the order of the forms to be included.

If you open a multiple form all templates included are displayed.
You can work with the template builder the same way you do it with Single forms.

For each template included in your multiple form a separate Tab in Excel is generated. You can also extract data with multiple forms.
